Director of Fundraising & Partnership
Location: Remote
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Fundraising & Partnerships is responsible for securing the financial sustainability and long-term growth of Hart’s Haiti Inc. This role leads all fundraising activities: grants, institutional partnerships, sponsorships, individual giving, and strategic collaborations, across national and international landscapes.
The Director develops and executes a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports Hart’s structural organization and programs including the Education Innovation Café (EIC), Mobile Maker Lab (MML), Innovation Playground, AI & Data Services, and the Robo-Challenge.
This leader builds strong relationships with foundations, corporations, UN agencies, embassies, tech companies, philanthropic networks, and the global Haitian diaspora. They craft compelling proposals, manage donor pipelines, negotiate partnerships, and ensure clear communication of impact.
The Director plays a central role in shaping Hart’s financial future and removing the burden of day-to-day fundraising from the Executive Director, allowing the organization to scale with stability. This position requires high professionalism, storytelling ability, strategic thinking, and a proactive, relationship-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Development Studies, Nonprofit Management, Business, International Relations, Communications, or related field).
Experience
• 1-3+ years of experience in fundraising, partnership development, nonprofit development, or donor relations.
• Proven track record of securing grants, sponsorships, or multi-year funding.
• Experience engaging with international institutions, foundations, or corporate donors.
• Experience with proposal writing and donor reporting.
• Experience working in education, innovation, STEM, youth development, or tech sectors is an advantage.

Director of Programs
Location: Remote
Reports to: Executive Director
Role Description
The Director of Programs is the operational backbone of HART’S Haiti Inc. This role ensures the smooth, high-quality delivery of all programs including the Education Innovation Café (EIC), Mobile Maker Lab (MML), and Innovation Playground (IP), while also coordinating preparation for the national Robo-Challenge and other innovation initiatives.
This position leads the end-to-end cycle of program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. The Director of Programs ensures that every program aligns with the organization’s strategic plan, meets its impact targets, and maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and youth experience.
This role requires exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Director must be comfortable coordinating multiple teams, managing budgets, working with schools and community partners, and building systems that allow Hart’s to scale sustainably. The Director also supervises program staff, coaches facilitators, ensures curricula execution, manages logistics, and leads the creation of detailed program reports for donors, partners, and the executive team.
Most importantly, this role allows the Executive Director to focus on strategy, fundraising, global partnerships, and long-term organizational development, while the Director of Programs takes full ownership of day-to-day program operations.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Education, STEM, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business, Project Management, or related field).
Experience
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in program management, nonprofit management, education initiatives, youth leadership, or innovation programming.
• Experience working with schools, communities, or youth-focused programs.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in STEM, robotics, innovation, or technology education is a strong advantage

Director of Robotics and Technical Development
Location: Remote
Reports to: Executive Director
Role Description
The Director of Robotics & Technical Development leads the design, execution, and evolution of all robotics/engineering focused initiatives at HART’S Haiti Inc. This role ensures that robotics becomes a core driver of youth innovation, technical literacy, and community engagement across the country.
The Director is responsible for developing robotics & Engineering curricula, managing hardware and equipment, training instructors, coordinating robotics challenges, and supporting the Maker Lab and Innovation Playground with technical expertise. They guide the technical vision for the national Robo-Challenge, oversee the integration of robotics into the Education Innovation Café (EIC), and ensure that all robotics programming, such as the Mobile Maker Laband Innovation hub meets global standards for safety, accessibility, and learning quality.
This role requires a strong blend of engineering knowledge, teaching ability, program design experience, and team leadership. The Director ensures that young people, not just in major cities but across underserved areas, gain hands-on access to robotics, electronics, coding, and engineering systems.
They collaborate closely with the Director of Education & Curriculum Development, and Director of Programs to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all robotics initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Robotics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, STEM Education, or related field).
Experience
• 1-3 + years in robotics education, engineering design, or technical program leadership.
• Experience working with youth, schools, or STEM learning environments.
• Experience coaching robotics teams or managing competitions (FIRST, VEX, Lego Robotics, Arduino-based systems, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Experience designing or delivering hands-on engineering or prototyping activities.
• Prior experience with maker spaces, labs, or innovation hubs is an advantage.
